Black Friday FAQ's
When will my order be shipped?
Whilst we aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days, due to the influx of orders through the sale period, there may be delays. You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched and we thank you for your patience and understanding.
Can I return or exchange a sale item I purchased during Black Friday sale period?
Yes, however, while we do accept the return or exchange of Sale Items, the cost of the return is on the customer.
Store Credit codes are issued for all refund requests of Sale Items. The value of the code will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order, for the item that you have returned.
I purchased an item and it has now been reduced in price, will MAAP price match?
Yes, we are happy to match the reduced price in the form of a credit, as long the product was purchased at full price and within 10 days of the price being reduced.
We are not able to match the price if the product, including size and colour is not in stock at the time of the request.
Why is my discount code is not working?
During the Black Friday sale period, all discount codes are deactivated.
Why is the MAAP kits bundle discount not working?
During the Black Friday sale period, the MAAP Kits bundle is deactivated.
