We strive to develop and produce the highest quality products possible. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return those items within 90 days of receipt and we will happily issue a replacement or refund. Goods must be returned “as-new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags and in original packaging. All gift cards are non-refundable.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

We want to ensure you are happy with the product and size you’ve bought. If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps below in the ‘How to make a return’ section. We can only exchange your product for the same product in a different size or colour. If you would like to exchange for a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and then place a new order.
Please note that Maap cannot guarantee that exchange items will be available at the time your order is processed; in this case a refund will be issued for the items returned.

To make a return simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will give you all the information you need. Return delivery is to be paid by the customer.
